ROVA – 1-Year Limited Warranty 

We stand behind the craftsmanship of every ROVA product. Our 1-Year Limited Warranty reflects our commitment to thoughtful construction and long-term performance.

What is Covered

This warranty covers manufacturing defects and failure of stitching or structural components under normal use within one 1 year from the date of delivery.

What is Not Covered

  • Accidental tears or damage
  • Scratches or surface wear beyond natural patina
  • Water damage
  • Lost or stolen products
  • Damage caused by improper use or misuse

How to Submit a Claim

To initiate a warranty claim, please contact us through our Contact page or email hello@rovagoods.com with your order details and a description of the issue.

We may request photos of the product and, if necessary, request the itembereturned for inspection. Return instructions will be provided ifrequired.

Approved Claims

If your claim is approved, we will provide a replacement product. 

ROVA reserves the right to determine warranty eligibility upon review. 

A Note on Leather

Leather is a natural material and will develop character over time. Variations in texture, creasing, and patina are part of the material’s evolution and are not considered defects.
